Blenheim Scouts Community Transport

Blenheim Scouts operates a fleet of three 16 passenger (plus driver) minibuses along with a twin axle 3.5ton box trailer.

These buses are available for use by Community and youth organisations on a self drive, non profit making basis.
Current costs which are to cover the running of the vehicles are

Day hire (up until 17.30 hrs)
£15.00
Evening Hire (after 18.00 hrs)
£10.00
All Day hire up to 24hrs
£25.00
Weekends Friday – Sunday
£65.00
Week Hire
£150.00

Mileage including fuel is charged at 36p / mile. All vehicles come with an “All Star” fuel card.

Charges include
Fully comprehensive insurance. Drivers must be over 25 and have 2 clean years of driving on their licence.
Mini Bus Plus 24-7, 365 days a year breakdown support

A £250.00 holding cheque to cover any accidental damage is required.
All users must have a Mini Bus permit 19. For Scout groups this is available from, and should be returned to national headquarters.
