Blenheim Scout Shop

We apologise for the current delay in supplying some of your orders.  This is due to a hold up at Lancing whilst they changed their order system.  We hope the change over will be completed soon and we can resume normal service.  Thank you for your patience.

We are a registered local supplier for Scoutshops and the only outlet in the County where all the profits are kept in Scouting. As a Scout Group ourselves, our knowledgeable and friendly staff are uniquely placed to offer help and advice where necessary and if they don’t know the answer, they will do their very best to find out.

Our shop is located in our office at Cheddar Grove Primary School Field, access via Banwell Close, and normal opening times are Mondays and Thursdays from 9.30am until 2.45pm during Bristol term times*** .  It is also possible to arrange collection of your order outside of these times during one of our evening meetings by prior request or we can post at very reasonable rates and some cases it is even FREE*.

We stock or can order almost anything to do with Scouting from uniform and tents to gifts and badges. We replenish our stocks every week and place our order to Lancing on Thursday afternoons, so even if we don’t have what you want available, as long as they have it at the Scoutshops main suppliers in Lancing, we are usually able to supply to you within 7-10 days.

Our unique 10% back scheme** allows registered Groups to share in the profits from uniform sales to their Group on a six monthly basis. Click here to check if your Group is registered. If not make sure you tell the person in charge to sign up today!

Placing an order or checking stock availability couldn’t be easier.

  • 3. Complete the order form for basic uniform items and post to our correspondence address 102 Brooklyn Road, Bedminster Down, Bristol. BS13 7JZ.

We will contact you as soon as your order is complete and collection arrangements can then be made. Payments are currently by cash, cheque (cheques payable to Blenheim Scouts) or via PayPal (please pay to office@blenheimscouts.org). If you are coming to collect your order from our office, you can bring your payment with you, otherwise please forward a cheque to our correspondence address above.

*Postal Charges

Badge only orders

Order value up to £50.00 - Postal charge = £1.50
Order value £50.01 - £100.00 -Postal charge = £2.50
Order value over £100.01 - Postal charge is FREE

Clothing, Literature, Gifts etc

Order value up to £50 - Postal charge = £2.00
Order value £50.01 - £100.00 - Postal charge = £3.50
Order value over £100.01 - Postal charge is FREE

If your order contains a mixture of items (e.g. badges and clothing) you will only be charged the higher postal rate for the total order value.

For equipment such as tents etc, please contact us.  These will be charged at cost

These postal charges are subsidised in many cases and therefore cannot be used in conjunction with the 10% back scheme. Please note that these charges are for sending your complete order in one parcel.  Split orders may be subject to additional postage costs.

** The 10% back scheme is only available to those Groups that have registered their details with us.
To qualify for the 10% back, all orders must be collected.  The 10% back scheme cannot be used in conjunction with the subsidised postage offer.

*** The office is normally only staffed by one person and therefore, very rarely, it may have to close at short notice due to sickness or family commitments. We would always advise telephoning before making a special journey.
