Blenheim Scouts operates three 17 seater minibuses along with a twin axle 3 ton box trailer and 1 ton open trailer.
These buses are available for use by Community and youth organisations on a self drive, non profit making basis.
Current costs which are to cover the running of the minibuses are:
|Day hire (up until 17:00 hrs)||
|Evening hire (after 17:00 hrs)||
|All day hire up to 24hrs||
|Weekends (Friday eve – Sunday eve)||
|Week Hire (any 7 day block)||
Mileage including fuel is charged at 50p / mile. All vehicles come with an “All Star” fuel card.

Mini Bus Plus 24-7, 365 days a year breakdown support.
Drivers must be over 25 and under 70 as well as have 2 clean years of driving on their licence.
Hire fees for the 3 Ton Twin Axle trailer are as follows:
24hr period – £15.00
Weekend – £25.00
Week – £50.00
A £250.00 holding cheque to cover any accidental damage is required.
All users must have a Mini Bus permit 19. For Scout groups this is available from, and should be returned to national headquarters.
